Sepilok Rainforest Lodge

This is exactly the same flower shape as in the film 'Avatar', the wispy, rainforest light spirits that float down. It was an incredibly strange experience to travel through the Rainforest with this film playing on the bus, the same themes of natures destruction to profit capitalism. It was a technicolour experience I will never forget.

Whilst travelling through the rainforest and palm plantations, 'Avatar' was playing on the tv and the visual similarities were stunning.
